To educate Telecommunicators on the basic laws passed during the 2019 Legislative Session.

There were many bills passed in the 86th Legislation. Telecommunicators should have a basic knowledge of Texas laws. This knowledge may help the processing of calls.

Of these, over 1,400 bills became law.

Some of these bills became new laws but others modified existing laws.
