Active assailant calls can happen anywhere. During these incidents, the Telecommunicator will be overwhelmed. It is important the Telecommunicator has training in active assailant incidents, before they receive the call.
It's no longer the matter of if, but when your agency will be affected by an active assailant incident.
This course will discuss:
Students will have the ability to pause and resume the course as needed. Videos/audios can be paused, and all videos/audios include a written transcript.
Students will receive a certificate of completion after successfully passing the final exam with a score of 75% or higher.
This is a full Active Assailant course.

It will take students 6-8 hours to complete the course.
I have over 22 years of experience as a 9-1-1 Telecommunicator/Trainer. I have experience in PSAPs large and small. I currently work part-time in a PSAP to retain my skills and industry knowledge.
